<li>The app detects when the user is falling asleep and provides an alert; if not dismissed, it automatically pauses audio playback to facilitate resumption later.</li>
<li>SWIS utilizes the Apple Watch to monitor sleep onset, sending a notification when sleep is detected. Users are advised to stop playback upon receiving the alert. If the alert is dismissed, the app adjusts to a less sensitive setting, prompting further alerts if sleep detection reoccurs.</li>
<li>By incorporating health data from the Apple Watch, SWIS aims to improve detection accuracy through continuous updates throughout the day.</li>

To operate SWIS, open the app on your Apple Watch while listening and press Start. When an alert sounds or you finish listening, press Stop. Note that an Apple Watch is required for functionality.
